Alaina Louise is a photographer based out of Northeast Ohio. She went to Trumbull Career and Technical center for Biotech Tech Prep, then came to Youngstown State University as a Chemistry major. She soon realized this was not her passion so she switched to a Photography Major. Since the switch Alaina has been very successful with her photography. She was in the 83rd annual Student Show for McDonough Museum and won an award for her work from the series Portraits of Strangers. Then she was in the 1st annual LGBT Erie Art Gallery Show where the piece sold to the juror Hrag Vartanian. Her work has also been in the Solumon Gallery Titled “Intimacy Within The LGBT+ Community”. This led to her to the gallery Coy Cornelius studios where her future exhibition there that is starting October 2019.
